The 2013 CFA Annual Meeting was Friday and Saturday, September 13 and 14, in Charlotte, North Carolina – the “Queen City.” Our headquarters hotel was the Hilton Charlotte University Place, adjacent to The Shoppes at University Place, which provided a number of dining and shopping options circling a tranquil lake.
Friday was devoted to sharing and research, with a group dinner on Friday evening at the nearby Firewater Restaurant. Saturday’s business meeting agenda included election of officers and changes to the constitution and bylaws.

Silent Auction
A number of items were donated for the Silent Auction, which raises money for CFA research efforts. Some members donated more than one item, and some winning bidders took home more than one prize!
