The CFA Executive Committee at its September 2015 meeting in Louisville approved the formation of a new chapter to be known as 7A JRR-Joseph. Since CFA family 7A is so large, it makes good sense to divide it in order to make progress with our research. This chapter with the rather bulky name will encourage the research of descendants of Joseph Chandler, born 1695 in New Kent, Virginia.
CFA Vice President Glenn Chandler, a descendant of Joseph’s son Joseph, born about 1739, will serve as director of research for this chapter and is looking forward to organizing teams of researchers for each line of descent from Joseph born 1695.
